My nail technician, Emily, deserves a special mention as she is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I visit for a manicure and pedicure, Emily exceeds my expectations. This is the best nail salon in London. I’ve been twice now for my wedding nails with Sveta and a level 2 nail art manicure with Bella. The level of perfection and dedication to creativity is unmatched, everyone is a master at what they do. Could not recommend more highly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience! She fitted me in at short notice, and the result is flawless. It honestly looks like a fairy painted my nails! Her Russian manicure is incredibly precise, clean, and beautifully done. It’s so hard to find this level of skill in London. Highly recommend!

I’m just traveling in London so I was worried about finding a good nail salon — Oksana did a beautiful job fixing a broken nail with a gelx and doing a full Russian manicure on the rest. She was really detailed and thorough in her work, checking the nail shape from every angle. Super clean job, I really appreciated it.

Aleksandra is the truly the best nail artist in the business. She’s been my ride or die since moving to London almost 3 years ago. She is a perfectionist (classic Virgo) and takes such care with each and every step in her process to ensure you always leave the salon happy. She is meticulous and insanely hygienic (we all have high street nail salon trauma) which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I have been going to Pili for the last 5 years since living in London and I can honestly say I've never been happy with my overall nail experience since going to her. I've always been so picky (as anyone who loves their nails is) and she listens and takes the time to understand what I love and always makes sure I'm 100% happy with what I'm leaving with. She just really cares. She also adds a sprinkle of glitter to my day both in life and in my aesthetic and who could be mad about that?! Love her. 100/10. Always reccomend.

I had a fantastic experience at LY Beauty London with Yulia! Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was incredibly nice, kind, and patient. All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Hands down THE BEST NAIL shop in SOUTH EAST LONDON! If you’re anything like me and are a perfectionist this is the place to go! The attention to detail is far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. My nails always get so many compliments and I am forever recommending this place.
