It was great! liliana did an awesome job at targeting all the tense areas of my body and found so many knots. She made sure I was feeling all right throughout the whole session and make sure I was feeling calm and relaxed. Overall, the vibes were very relaxing and I left feeling lighter and less stressed. I had the most wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I booked a scalp cleansing treatment and it turned into so much more than that. The combination of the treatment, hair massage, neck massage, foot massage, music, and decor made it an incredibly grounding and relaxing experience. I had an amazing experience at Shangri-la spa - the massage was so relaxing, it was better than a sloth nap! The customer service team was also very helpful, although my initial appointment got canceled the day before. Fortunately, I had to settle for a 45-minute back walking and body massage instead of the luxurious 90 minutes of tabel shower that I had initially planned. Despite this setback, I'm delighted to say that Shangri-la Wellness & Massage Spa has won me over as a satisfied customer!

I've been long overdue for some self care and decided to book myself for the HydraGlow Facial. I'd had an amazing experience with the previous owner a couple years before, so I was a little disappointed when I arrived for my appointment and was told the business had changed ownership. Within minutes of starting my service I realized I had nothing to worry about. I was literally in good hands. AMAZING. They care so much about their clients here and always do the best job. I got my first session of laser done a month ago here and literally haven’t needed to shave since. Just left my second appointment and had my second facial done as well. They are so professional here but also makes it feel like a safe space to just relax. Highly recommend!
