I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Had the most incredible experience at Royal York Spa! A huge thank you to Anya for the kind invitation and for giving me the best facial ever. My skin feels absolutely refreshed and glowing. The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. To top it all off, Anya surprised me with a freshly made juice and a beautiful handmade cream she created herself. Such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Can’t wait to be back!

Danielle always makes my visit relaxing and pleasurable. She seems to know exactly what needs to me worked on. I go there with tense muscles and I leave nice and relaxed. I also appreciate how she always has the bed to my exact temperature setting to further enhance my experience

Teghlior was my hair stylist and she did my hair today it was a balayage and she took her time when working on my hair and she answered all my questions and she was very friendly and very kind and very patient while doing my hair. I highly recommend going to Venus and Victoria Salon and Spa for any of their services. All the staff that work there are so warm and friendly and kind and made me laugh to this place makes 😄 you feel like your family. Next time I come I will need to bring these Italian treats for these lovely ladies.

After looking at her reviews, I decided to get a purifying & hydrating facial and a back facial with Tiffany. Tiffany exceeded my expectations and made my whole experience super relaxing and comfortable to the point where I got sleepy and started to make involuntary snoring sounds. 😂🙈 During my appointment, I also learned a lot and Tiffany was very knowledgeable on providing me tips on maintaining my skin care problems.
