My shellac manicure with Maria was great as usual. My facial with Madeleine was awesome as usual. I love this spa Madeleine has been doing my facials for the last 12 years. Not only does she care of my face at the spa, but she also makes sure I buy the right products to ensure I continue the routine at home. Alison was great! I got the Hydrafacial. She walked me through everything, was informative, detailed and very gentle. My skin feels clean and hydrated. Feedback for the owner: Music - pop playing in the back while getting a facial is a bit disturbing. Would be nice to have soft spa music play in the back to make it relaxing.

Loved the space, super cozy & welcoming. I had a photo facial with Ana and she was great. She walked me through the process, got into it and after we were done she explained me the to do and not to do. This facial was super quick and can’t wait to see my results .

Carmie is absolutely amazing and her services are terrific. I’ve been going to her for a year for laser and the results are better than I could ask for. I have a medium dark skin complexion and used to have really thick hair. Now the hair is gone in most areas and very sparse in other areas. My complexion also got better from the laser, and skin is so soft. I can’t recommend Chaims Pro enough!
