This is an incredible spa! The facilities are large and beautiful and the staff treated me like so well. I had a facial and my aesthetician was so thorough I feel like I have new skin! I will be a full time client from here on out. Very happy!

This was my first visit at Aroma Day Spa and I was very impressed. I booked a foot reflexology massage and a prenatal massage. I was extremely impressed with the open, relaxing feel when I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and immediately taken to my private room. I was offered hot tea and fruit, which was such a nice touch. The foot massage and prenatal massage were out of this world - so relaxing!! They used hot towels for both and my goodness I was in heaven. I was offered a robe at the end of my second treatment, which would have been better if I was given it at the beginning :)

We are happy to say that my family have been pleased and regular patrons of the spa since it opened years ago. The instrumental reason why we have enjoyed our service at Aroma is due to the outstanding customer service that we have received from Miu at the front desk. It is service beyond just her pleasant smile! Everyone single person that works here is truly exceptional, skilled, friendly, and warm. I cannot say enough good things about Aroma Day Spa! It is a place that I hope to be visiting forever!

At Oaks Spa, everything was amazing. When I arrived, the staff was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Ann, the masseuse, was incredible. She knew exactly what to do to make me feel relaxed and calm. The massage was just perfect, not too hard or soft, just right. The place itself was really nice and clean, which made the experience even better. Ann was not only good at her job but also really nice to talk to. By the end of the massage, I felt so much better. Oaks Spa is a great place to go if you need to unwind and feel refreshed. I highly recommend it.

The environment and front desk were very welcoming. It's clean and comfy. The deep tissue massage was average, like regular non-RMT but higher price to accommodate other aspects. The RMT was gentle and friendly. May go back if I have more benefit coverage to spare.

This is not our first visit to Oak SPA. We are regulars there. Service is good, but this time we were put in a room next to the washing machines and the noise from the washing machines was annoying . Otherwise the service was great.

This spa is amazing. Their RMT services are exceptional and the team is always friendly, kind, and professional.

I’ve been to Aroma Spa now a few times. I highly recommended. A couple of things I would change would be the drinks, perhaps some juices and fruits to be served to guests after the massage. Also showers, and recovery rooms. Lounges

Had a facial with Miranda, her expectations were unlimited, great ambiance and atmosphere. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Will definately recommend her. Aroma day spa is very welcoming as soon as you walked in to the front desk, everyone was helpful. Loved their prices and every occasions they have awesome specials, got a discount for a birthday today. Loved everything there.
