My boyfriend and I had an amazing massage therapy experience yesterday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very inviting. Liliya was fantastic. She took time to understand my pain points and work led on the spots that needed attention during my aromatherapy massage. The overall service including the girl in the front desk was outstanding. The sauna, steam and all general area was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and be coming back!!! Took my brother’s finacée to celebrate and it was lovely. Great service from the moment you walk through the door; friendly staff. The facilities are CLEAN and cleaners regularly come into the change rooms and washrooms to maintain. Well-stocked with necessary toiletries (even toothbrushes!) and slippers, robes, and towels provided—just bring yourself! The massage was deep and incredible. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room before our massage. Lots of room to lounge, or to work (there are work tables). Was delighted with our tray of sweets and berries after our treatment. Sahar is a gem! I’ve been seeing her for several years for threading and lash/brow tints, and I had my second lash tint yesterday—I absolutely love it. She has a real gift for making her clients feel at ease. As a busy mom of three, I’m always rushing in, but somehow I still leave feeling pampered.
