I had such a wonderful experience today at Urban Retreat Spa. Sharon was absolutely amazing! So pleasant, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She really took the time to understand my skin and customized the treatments to suit my specific needs. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and literally glowing. Highly recommend booking with her if you're looking for a personalized, professional, and rejuvenating facial!

Jewel was absolutely amazing! I didn’t want the facial to end. She made the experience so thoughtful and relaxing, even using the time while the masks were setting to give me the most soothing hand, arm, neck, and shoulder massage.
