Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Felt totally relaxed after my massage. It was definitely needed. Margaret lets you know what is happening at each stage of massage and checks on amount of pressure to use. Added bonus was the lovely facial at the end. Just a lovely treatment by a lovely lady.

Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

I had a lovely massage today with Stephanie. The salon is easy to find and got parked easily. Her room is beautiful and smells unreal 🕯️I have sciatica and usually find any type of massage sore but this was so relaxing and honestly felt such a difference afterwards. She was so professional, made me feel completely at ease, and really focused on the areas causing discomfort. I left feeling much more relaxed and able to move easier.
