While the hairstylist did a good job overall, there are a few areas for improvement: ensuring the towel stays on the customer's shoulders, providing a towel before washing, clearly communicating the next steps, detangling hair more gently, and blow-drying with more care to avoid discomfort and burning the scalp. With some practice and attention to these details, she can enhance the overall customer experience.

I’ve been using KLS since September 2024 for bi-weekly hair treatment. My hair came in dry with very flaky scalp but now it’s more lush than it has been in years. The flaky scalp has drastically reduced. Beyond this, their customer service is top notch. They are kind and always willing to help. My stylist, Grace is excellent. She knows what she is doing and she is always open to listen to me to get exactly what I want. I’m really happy I chose KLS and I hope the experience stays top-notch!
