I had a good experience at Eden Lounge and Spa. The staff is very friendly. I forgot that I was there for a facial because I was so deep in conversation. Thanks for the experience, I could feel the difference in my face, it felt very soft and clean.

My experience was great! The ladies were very hospitable from start to finish. The facial was very relaxing, a bit uncomfortable for some of the procedures however Patrice was reassuring. The scents of the products really soothing and relaxing for someone who loves beautiful scents...it was just all in all relaxing I wasn't disappointed at all. I would recommend 👌

It was a great experience. The only thing I would change is giving instructions on how to care for your face after the facial is done. A pamphlet could be made to be issued to clients on this. Things like how often should a facial be done could be included. Thanks for the experience.

I had an amazing experience at Zen Eden Lounge and Spa in Montego Bay! I had a deep pore facial and microdermabrasion with Pet, and she is absolutely fantastic. She has a great sense of humor, is super easy to talk to, and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. After my treatment, she even offered me a snack and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. My skin feels incredible, and this has officially become my go-to spot every 6 weeks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-quality spa services.

It was easy to find, and the directions were clear. This was by far the best facial experience I’ve ever had! The environment was spotless and comfortable, and Patrice’s professionalism immediately put me at ease. She is highly educated about skincare and clearly very experienced, explaining each step while sharing valuable tips. I learned so much from her, and she worked with such skill that I felt completely relaxed the entire time. I left with my skin glowing and my mind full of helpful knowledge. Excellent service, she exceeded my expectations.

It was my first time getting a massage and a facial professionally done, and the ladies did a great job. I also appreciate that they still accommodated me, even when I was an hour and a half late.
