I loved my facial experience! Triselle is so pleasant and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and informed about the services I booked. My facial included extractions and Triselle was thorough but very gentle which made for a relaxing experience with minimal discomfort. I'd definitely book again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great facial in MoBay!!

Overall it was a very informative and relaxing session. She was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the various products to use on my skin. She was very down to earth when explaining the pros and cons of getting better results. She did a step by step procedure to ensure that I was comfortable. Very clean and spacious environment.

It was my first time getting a wax and facial, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and explained everything along the way. The space is super clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing… you can tell a lot of care goes into the setup and atmosphere. I had an amazing experience at Zen Eden Lounge and Spa in Montego Bay! I had a deep pore facial and microdermabrasion with Pet, and she is absolutely fantastic. She has a great sense of humor, is super easy to talk to, and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. After my treatment, she even offered me a snack and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. My skin feels incredible, and this has officially become my go-to spot every 6 weeks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-quality spa services.
