Absolutely amazing experience. We are here on vacation from Houston, Texas. I’m extremely happy we googled a spa here in Montego Bay. This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. This was hands down one of the most painless waxes I’ve ever gotten! Her technique was incredible—she made the process as painless as waxing could possibly be. She was so kind, sweet, and meticulous, paying close attention to detail while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Everything about the experience was perfect. The space was welcoming, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding. On top of that, she was funny and had such a great personality, which made the appointment 10/10. 😄

First time sugaring and the overall experience was great, it wasn’t as painful as waxing. Tashardi took her time and ensure that all areas was done properly. I even added an additional service due to how comfortable I was and the minimal pain level. I’ll definitely be sugaring again

It was my first time waxing ever. I was a little hesitant, based on what I heard about waxing, but my experience was not like the stories at all. I was met with a warm and friendly service, the space was welcoming and homie and she guided me every step of the way. I learned a lot and now i’m squeaky clean. This was a 10/10 experience for me.

I struggle with my ingrown nails and I'm so blessed to have the tipsip staff to not only offer quality service but make their space a welcoming one. Thank you Shannon for my pedicure today and I'm terrible with names but I think her name is Derissa, she did my eyebrow waxing and it's my second time with her. She's not only professional but her personality is very warm and that's rare to find especially in Jamaica😅. Both Shannon and Derissa definitely deserves a raise and Happy 5 years Anniversary again Tipsip, I do hope you continue to offer quality and professional service to your customers❤

Tashardi was professional and the experience was great. The pain level was 5/10 compared to traditional waxing. I’ll definitely revisit.
