This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. If I could I would put 10 stars!!! Absolutely love the service here! She was so gentle, professional and warm. The space is beautiful, clean and so relaxing. Definitely making Triselle aesthetics a part of my monthly routine. My face glowed so much when she was finished with me and she was very knowledgable in helping me formulate a skin care routine for maintenance. It was my first time waxing ever. I was a little hesitant, based on what I heard about waxing, but my experience was not like the stories at all. I recently had the pleasure of getting a facial at Rejuve Lounge, and it was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted warmly and friendly from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is quite relaxing, with soft lighting, soothing music, and a tranquil setting that immediately put me at ease. The customer service was outstanding. Kali was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs throughout the process. Overall, the Rejuve Lounge exceeded my expectations with its excellent service and relaxed atmosphere.

This was hands down one of the most painless waxes I’ve ever gotten! Her technique was incredible—she made the process as painless as waxing could possibly be.
