This was my first time getting a sugar treatment so I was very nervous. Normanique was so gentle with me and that made the experience 10 times better. She is a true professional - explaining the process as she works. She is very knowledgeable, articulate and I can tell that she loves what she does. Pain level was a 7/10 only because I was fully grown out, plus I have a low pain tolerance but I am definitely going back. Run, don't walk to book your appointment with her today!

I had such an amazing experience with my aesthetician, Jadyne! She was so gentle, patient, and professional throughout the entire session. I usually expect some discomfort after a facial, but this time I felt absolutely no pain at all—just pure relaxation. My skin felt incredible afterwards—so smooth, refreshed, and glowing. Overall it was a very informative and relaxing session. She was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the various products to use on my skin. She was very down to earth when explaining the pros and cons of getting better results. She did a step by step procedure to ensure that I was comfortable. Very clean and spacious environment.

I was blown away by Monique's professionalism. Her gentlessness through each service made my experience unforgettable. She was very kind and patient with me, and did a great job with talking me through my wax services. The deep pore facial was the ultimate experience 😌🤏🏾 it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! My experience was great! The ladies were very hospitable from start to finish. The facial was very relaxing, a bit uncomfortable for some of the procedures however Patrice was reassuring. The scents of the products really soothing and relaxing for someone who loves beautiful scents...it was just all in all relaxing I wasn't disappointed at all. I would recommend 👌

(As always) The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. My results exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. It was a great experience. The only thing I would change is giving instructions on how to care for your face after the facial is done. A pamphlet could be made to be issued to clients on this. Things like how often should a facial be done could be included. Thanks for the experience.
