Absolutely amazing experience. We are here on vacation from Houston, Texas. I’m extremely happy we googled a spa here in Montego Bay. This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. This was my second time to Wax And Pampering for waxing services. I can say undoubtedly that the service is highly professional, but far from uptight. Curley made me feel comfortable by engaging me in good conversation and humour, was very patient, diligent and attentive to detail. I highly recommend Wax And Pampering for others looking for a competent 'waxologist' and overall great experience. Next up on my roster the massage services - can't wait

Could use some signage outdoors to help find the spa, but besides that I Really enjoyed the experience, Kerrykay was polite, professional, and very thorough, I left feeling like new. Will definitely be doing this again.

Rarmarjo was professional, pleasant and very accommodating in regards to managing pain from a fall He built a call relaxing environment with strong deelp tissue massage. Hot stones were new.to me and it was am amazing introduction to this technique. Thank you Ramarjo and Escape to Exhale Day spa

The Bridal treat here at exhale spa was wonderful. Thanks to Donna and her team for such excellent service, all four packages were remarkable, Swedish massage, deep cleanse facial, classic manicure and pedicure. This is the most amazing day spa. My driver was late picking me up from my Airbnb but they were accommodating and understanding, they even offered to come and pick me up. I had a deep tissue massage with Garvin. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I think it was the best deep tissue massage I ever had!!! I will definitely be back!!

Excellent experience! The spa was clean, calm, and cozy. The young lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and patient. I hadn’t had a pedicure in a long time, so she really took her time.
