I visited Valor Nail Lounge yesterday and I am beyond impressed! the atmosphere was warm and welcoming the staff is genuinely pleasant, which made the whole experience even better. I haven’t been fully pleased with my nails in years, but Valor Nail Lounge changed that for me. My nail tech was gentle, meticulous, and very attentive. That really stood out to me because it’s rare to find a tech who listens and cares that much. I am now officially a long term customer

Communication & transparency is 10/10, Place is very welcoming and fits the aesthetic of SPA service… Wish there wasn’t a previous “Happy Birthday” decor when it was a “Fathers Day” massage I also reached out prior more than 10 days before to let them know via IG what the intent is but yeah good vibes nonetheless…
