Ember is such a gem! She really took the time to understand my concerns and asked great questions. I loved chatting with her. Her space is beautiful, she did an amazing job clearing up my congested pores, and my skin was glowing. Normally after facials my face is beat red and I can’t go anywhere afterwards. That wasn’t the case with Ember. What I loved most was she gave me some really great product suggestions at the end with a really reasonable skincare routine I will be able to handle at home. No 57 step routine with $200 serums. 10/10 highly reccomend.

Alex is the most lovely soul you’ll ever meet! First time meeting her for an extraction facial and she makes you feel so comfortable and at peace right away. She’s so lovely and easy to talk to and her passion for her work really shows! Had an enzyme peel and extractions with Sarah. It went beyond my expectations. The whole experience was just so professional and I really relaxed throughout. I have been to lots of different salons for treatments but this was one of the best! Beautiful massage at the end which was a bonus.

I cannot recommend About Face enough! I was drawn to the salon as they were the only place in Canberra offering extraction focused facials, and I am so happy I booked. Jess was so professional yet personable, I left feeling refreshed inside and out. I loved my facial experience! Triselle is so pleasant and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and informed about the services I booked. My facial included extractions and Triselle was thorough but very gentle which made for a relaxing experience with minimal discomfort. I'd definitely book again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great facial in MoBay!!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable. Microneedling is not painfull, my open pores are gone and my skin feels smooth, my scar on my eyebrow is almost gone after three treatments. Highly recommend.

I have acne-prone skin, and she always gives helpful skincare advice and even takes the time to remove a few blackheads while waiting for the wax to dry. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and cozy space. I felt like i was right at home. Customer was great. My deep pore cleansing facial was done by Sukanya, she was amazing. She informed you of what she was doing every step of the way. Very polite and welcoming personality. I was so pleased with the service and the environment that i ended up book a pedicure before i left.

It was my first time at L:A Lab Sknn and it’s amazing facial blew me away! Diana’s relaxing and caring attitude makes me comfortable. Kinselle provided a very relaxing and peaceful experience. As a pregnant woman, my skin has been going through a lot of changes. Every treatment was safe and I even learned some things through pleasant conversation. She did extractions as per my request, a light and pillowy mask that smelled like a dream, and a massage that I said felt like little bunnies pouncing in a field. My skin was absolutely giving me the pregnancy glow I deserved when I left. 10/10 would recommend!!! 😌

I've had 4 treatments with Sasha so far and they've all been amazing (decongestion and chemical facials). I've noticed a huge improvement to the texture of my skin. I have oily type skin and can often have deeply clogged pores and again have noticed a significant improvement. On my last facial there was hardly any congestion as a result of the treatment and following Sasha's guidance on her suggestions for my skin routine. Couldn't recommend her enough

​I recently visited for a hydrating facial with extractions, and the experience was top tier from start to finish. The environment was incredibly clean, quiet, and serene. The treatment bed was so cozy I could have easily fallen asleep! My therapist was polite, professional, and made the extraction process smooth and comfortable. Afterwards, my skin felt hydrated, clean, and completely refreshed. I’ll definitely be back!
