This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. This was hands down one of the most painless waxes I’ve ever gotten! Her technique was incredible—she made the process as painless as waxing could possibly be. She was so kind, sweet, and meticulous, paying close attention to detail while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Everything about the experience was perfect. I had a good experience at Eden Lounge and Spa. The staff is very friendly. I forgot that I was there for a facial because I was so deep in conversation. Thanks for the experience, I could feel the difference in my face, it felt very soft and clean.

Our experience was awesome, the driver picked us up at our Airbnb and brought us to the spa. Our first treatment was the sugar scrub, which was great, 10/10. We then did the full body massage, facial and pedicure. The staff was very professional and friendly. We didn't have any issues with our entire experience. We will be visiting again more regularly.

It was my first time waxing ever. I was a little hesitant, based on what I heard about waxing, but my experience was not like the stories at all. I was met with a warm and friendly service, the space was welcoming and homie and she guided me every step of the way. I learned a lot and now i’m squeaky clean. This was a 10/10 experience for me.

It was a great experience. The only thing I would change is giving instructions on how to care for your face after the facial is done. A pamphlet could be made to be issued to clients on this. Things like how often should a facial be done could be included. Thanks for the experience.
