Absolutely amazing experience. We are here on vacation from Houston, Texas. I’m extremely happy we googled a spa here in Montego Bay. This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. An absolute haven! From the moment we stepped in, my girlfriend and I were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ms. De Andra and her talented team made our experience truly exceptional. It was my first time waxing ever. I was a little hesitant, based on what I heard about waxing, but my experience was not like the stories at all. I was met with a warm and friendly service, the space was welcoming and homie and she guided me every step of the way. I learned a lot and now i’m squeaky clean. This was a 10/10 experience for me.

It was a great session. She was interactive and positive throughout and she guided me through each stage. I was also thoroughly educated ok best practices after a wax. I highly recommend waxed by Char.

It was a great experience. The only thing I would change is giving instructions on how to care for your face after the facial is done. A pamphlet could be made to be issued to clients on this. Things like how often should a facial be done could be included. Thanks for the experience.

Today I had the pleasure of experiencing Char's waxing services, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into her cozy studio, Char exuded warmth and professionalism. First and foremost, Char's approach to waxing is truly commendable. She was incredibly gentle and caring throughout the entire session, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her attention to detail and concern for my comfort really set her apart from other waxing professionals I've encountered in the past.
