Absolutely amazing experience. We are here on vacation from Houston, Texas. I’m extremely happy we googled a spa here in Montego Bay. This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. Kinks and Coilz takes amazing care of my locs! Every style is worth every single dollar. Whether I’m getting a refresh or trying something new, it’s always a breeze—and I love the cute little styles she adds in. I’m always challenging her with different looks, and she never disappoints. What I appreciate most is that she genuinely cares about how I walk out the door. She won’t let me leave the chair unless it looks GOOD. That kind of dedication and attention to detail is rare. I always feel confident and beautiful after every appointment. Highly recommend!

The experience was amazing. I got there early and was accommodated early which was great. My hairstylist was very attentive to what I wanted to achieve and did it and more! She was extremely meticulous and precise with my cut. I’m obsessed. 10/10 would recommend and will be going again

Love my knotless braids! Service was quick and professional! And she has a steamer for the braids so she doesn’t use hot water; I think that’s perfect cause my clothes wasn’t wet after 😩 I also didn’t have to hold the braiding hair like some people expect you to do! 10/10 Mwah, no bars!!!
