Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session. Overall, glad I went with my gut. Would be back

Service was excellent from beginning to end. The wax therapist was knowledgeable, and also made me comfortable throughout the process. When I come to Lagos this is my go to spot for my woman monthly maintenance.

It was amazing and wholesome, the ambience was great, the staff very friendly and the lady that attended to me was really kind and took her time with my procedure so despite being my first time, I wasn’t nervous or in pain. I had such a great experience with Otu. You can truly feel the care she puts into her work. She made me feel completely at home, and our conversations were both insightful and refreshing. The waxing itself was quick, thorough, and less painful than I expected. I’m so glad I found her. Highly recommend.

I will definitely return anytime I am in Nigeria. Out of all the places I visited in Nigeria (emphasis on lagos), the customer service at Beauty Atelier was exceptional. The services, outstanding and professionally done. I had my brown retouched and got my eyeliners done. No such thing as African time which I was also very pleased with, unlike some other places I visited “on appointment”. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend Beauty Atelier anytime.

Had a great experience here. Angel was very nice and gave a great waxing service. My other service was BIAB nails and she was so accommodating and professional. Customer service was stellar here. I’ll definitely come back.

I had a beautiful experience, even though it was my first time getting facials and waxing. I truly enjoyed both the service and the overall experience. When my card declined at payment, I was given time to relax and resolve the issue, which I appreciated. After my treatments, I was able to rest for a while before starting my journey back home. And yes, I got home safely a few minutes ago. Thank you!
