I always work with Aliya but this time she was busy so I took an appointment from Anna. She doesn’t speak much English but we were able to communicate. She did a great manicure and pedicure. I totally recommend her.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now, and every visit is a great experience. Aya always takes such good care of me and consistently does an amazing job. She’s professional, attentive, and makes sure every detail is perfect. I always leave happy with my nails, and I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend this salon, especially Aya. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails!

The experience was just amazing. I instantly felt at home. The lady at the front desk, along with the owner, were incredibly welcoming, and Leila was so kind and very professional. She made sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable throughout my visit. A special mention as well to Marwa, who did my manicure—she was meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled. I absolutely loved the result! Overall, the whole team created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience

J' ai bien aimé mon expérience au niveau du hammam et la coiffure. Toutefois, le côté esthétique ( manicure, pédicure et épilation) je suis déçue du service à la clientèle. Elle n' a pas le sens du service. La prestation est correcte mais je sentais que elle le faisait sans une intention réelle. Je lui ai demandé de me faire 3 couches de vernis, elle n' était pas contente. Elle savait que j' étais pressé dans le temps, elle prenait son temps. 2 fois, je lui ai demandé de s' activer. Elle prend le temps de parler avec les collègues. Ça manquait de professionnalisme. Je reviendrai.
