Another wonderful experience! I was warmly welcomed and received right on time for my facial appointment. The service was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff attentive and professional throughout. What made this visit especially memorable was how kind everyone was to my 4-year-old daughter. Even though she wasn't there for a treatment, the team made her feel included, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. They kept her engaged and smiling the entire visit, and she left asking when she could come back. That level of thoughtfulness truly stands out. Definitely a regular!

Everything about my experience was excellent, from the atmosphere to the quality of the treatments. My only critique is regarding the timing; I wasn't received until 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. If they can improve their scheduling and wait times, this would easily be a 5-star spa. I'm definitely coming back again.

Zaha Hammam & Spa is a hidden gem. I had a package for hammam and Thai massage. It was my first time for hammam and the result was very satisfied. My skin is soft and smooth. For Thai massage, I am Thai and the massage reminds me of home. It is an authentic Thai massage. I definitely recommend this place.

Fatia's hands move directly from her generous and hospitable heart. The hamman I received has renewed my body and soul. If you are considering this, just come. You won't regreat it. Fatia makes you feel completely relaxed and treats you like her own child. I also received a foot massage from Achmed. Wow. Professional. Deeply grounding and calming. In the USA I don't go to spas, but Marrakech always means at least one visit to Farnatchi for me.

I had such a lovely experience at this spa . From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, clean, and very professional. I did the Goldery lissage and I’m honestly so happy with the results , my hair looks smooth, shiny, and much healthier. The quality of the service really shows in the final result. A big thanks to Wafaa for her amazing work. She was so kind, gentle, and professional, and made the whole experience even better I truly recommend this spa if you’re looking for great results and a relaxing moment

Had such a great spa experience 🤍 Went in super stressed and left feeling completely relaxed. The vibe was calm, clean, and really soothing. merci pour cette séance apaisante autant que régénératrice 😊 petit bémol cependant … si vous pouviez demander aux quelconques personnes qui préfèrent garder leurs vêtements personnels dans la salle de repos -plutôt qu’enfiler la sortie de bain- de ne pas le faire Hot Stone risque de verser comme d’autres SPA au Maroc dans l’amateurisme et ce serait dommage merci! 🙏

I highly recommend this spa. It’s peaceful and tranquil. I had a hot stone massage, which was the antidote for my tire body after 42 hours of international flights and layovers.
