You make sure every client is happy with your work, which is wonderful customer service. She clean, file, trim, polish and repair fingernails and toenails. She discuss treatments with clients, such as applying artificial nails or moisturizing hands and feet. My FAVORITE ❤️. Wishing you all the best!

She not only styles but also keeps nails healthy with the BIAB. I never thought I would be able to wear my natural nails in an almond shape and it looks and feels way better than acrylic!

Norissa was so professional. I felt catered to and my wants for my self care day were met and exceeded. It was such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Now to the best part. I showed her my inspiration pictures and I’m pleasantly surprised to say what she delivered in such a short time was 1000% better than the inspiration. My nails are utter perfection and I’ve constantly been getting compliments. She’s my new favourite nail tech!

It is very rare that you find a Nail-tech who can clean your cuticles like a Russian, apply acrylic properly, shape the nails perfectly and polish/design like an artist. However, Alex checks all the boxes; and might I add, her full-set lasts about 5 weeks without lifting. She is very skilled at what she does and I am always impressed with her work.

This was my second time and I tried the gel pedicure. It was very nice and the temperature remained hot the entire time. The massage chair makes you feel so relaxed and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene.
