I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

I've been seeing him alongside my post-car accident physio, and he's been brilliant. He really knows his stuff and always explains clearly what's happening and why, which has made a huge difference to my recovery. Every session helps me feel lighter and move better, and he's played a big part in getting me back to strength training. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective sports masseuse.

I’m currently seeing Ben for rehab after tearing my calf muscle. After 10 days I’m really pleased with the improvement and the progress that’s being made. A combination of hands-on therapy and clear guidance regarding which exercises to do is working well.

From the moment I walked in I could feel myself relaxing and having a beautiful space to leave all my stresses and worries on the other side of the door. Gail took time to understand what I needed from my treatment and understanding me, my life and chaos! The treatment itself was fabulous. Gail continued to take time with each step, talked about what was coming next and why, and the Temple Spa products smelt and felt devine. Gail herself is trained in talking therapy so you get that added bonus if you want. Gail you are a beautiful soul and a fabulous therapist. Can't wait for my treatment 💞

Richard is superb. He takes time to examine and pinpoint the issue, then works the necessary areas and talks you through the treatment he is delivering. Everything made sense and has left me more confident to continue to treat the injury through guided rehab provided by Richard. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Two months gap since visiting and in between was independently on a strengthening programme advised by the physio to overcome an injury. So I have been quite intense at the gym over that period. Magic Michal ! A therapy session with Michal Kaspar will deliver great results for your body. He is extremely professional, caring and adaptable to the client's needs, using excellent techinque that you can feel immediately when you walk out the session. I recommend in particular reflexology through which so many organs are activated and tensions released all over the body. And when your boby feels great, your mind feels great as well. Andrew is an exemplary therapist, highly skilled and he communicated empathetically throughout the treatment to ensure that pressure used was appropriate. He worked solidly for 90 minutes on my battered calf muscles and has hopefully prepped me for my forthcoming Hybrid race.
