Fantastic, comfortable, friendly and reassuring. More to the point: very versatile in terms of the type of therapy offered, digging into the patients individual needs. I have had two hypnotherapy sessions and to say I was shocked at the power of it is an understatement. Thank you so much :)

Peter is very friendly, professional and thorough. I can’t manage to care for my feet very well, but Peter does an excellent job. He puts me at ease, and I feel so much better after my appointments. I would highly recommend him

The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! I really recommend her services: an all round excellent experience!

Very good - I've seen Rachel before and it was good to be treated and have the knots and tight spots worked on, despite my protestations at the time ;-) I have re-booked with her to keep on top of my issues / injuries

Came in for a sports / Hot stone massage before my comp at the weekend, first time having one so I had no idea what to expect, Rachel was very welcoming and friendly, feel 1000x better after having had it done and will definitely be back.

Never been to a counsellor before, so my first session was supposed to be nerve wracking for me. Surprise, it wasn't what I imagined at all, because Lucy made me feel safe and every subject was accepted as openly as possible. Fast forward after 2 months, we are still navigating through various bits, but I am a changed person and I have the feeling that I know Lucy for years now. Thank you!
