I had my Ayurvedic Wellness Plan sessions with Julie via video calls, which made the whole experience incredibly flexible and convenient to fit around my schedule. Julie was very informative and knowledgeable, and I learned so much interesting information throughout the process. She created an easy to follow wellness plan that felt realistic and achievable, while still being tailored to my needs. I really appreciated her supportive approach and would highly recommend her services to anyone interested in Ayurveda and holistic wellness.

Don’t trust Google Maps on this one 😅—Julie’s directions got me there perfectly! The place the magic happens is calm and welcoming. I found Julie to be knowledgeable, kind, and she made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. Definitely in for a great night’s sleep. I’ll be recommending Julie and will definitely be back, I’d love to say tomorrow, but more realistically next month. Thankyou Julie. 🙏

My first visit to Henyo and it won't be my last. I was made to feel welcome the minute l walked through the door. Dawn is very professional and knowledgeable. I had the full body massage with a selection of blended oils specifically tailored to my needs. I came away not only totally relaxed but with a little goody bag. It was so good had a little siesta when I got home that lasted about 3 hours. Would highly recommend. Thank you Dawn
