Frans is good at listening. I felt so comfortable as a curly girl sitting in his chair. He took his time, styled it carefully, and made sure I was happy before letting me go. As someone with very curly hair, I’ve been so scared for so long to get a haircut, but he handled it well. I know where I’m coming from now on! 🌟

This is my 2nd visit getting my hair cut & styled by Master Joy. I was v. satisfied after the first time, amazing. Service was topnotch, staffs pay attention to details from the moment you enter the shop till you're done. Master Joy hears my request and exceeds my expectation each time. Really positive experience. Good consultation and the depth of the colour is amazing. All staff very friendly. Blow dry finish was a bit uncoordinated as my usual stylist wasn't there and she did the cut. Back at home, a couple of bobby pins has achieved the cute bob look! Highlights are a bit too stringy which for my age might give the illusion of greys, but a few washes will hopefully blend them in. A really nice team.... Would advise taking a photo of your hair styled the way you like, if you are rubbish at describing it like I am!

I had the BEST experience getting my hair cut today! It was exactly what I wanted and probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Luna completely understood what I was asking for, especially with the length and shape of the layers around the front of my face, and somehow got it absolutely perfect. The whole appointment was also so quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed, which I loved. I mentioned I’m getting married soon, and she was so sweet to curl my hair so I could see how the layers would look styled for my wedding day. I walked out so happy and will 100% be back!!

I had such a lovely experience at Rouche Beauty! 🤍 Roshini did an amazing job with my haircut, and I absolutely loved the way she styled my hair with a blowout. She was very professional and paid attention to every detail. Makayla was absolutely amazing! She provided such an amazing experience start to finish by keeping me well informed on what haircut will work for my hair type and face shape, along with being so thorough in the consultation to begin with. I felt so comfortable the entire time and cannot fault the beautiful girls there who make something as simple as a shampoo, blowdry and haircut feel so luxurious!
