Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Highly recommended both for specific, targeted soft tissue therapy and a deeply relaxing massage.

I was struggling with my rehab and had reached a blocker. Fares was patient and really spent time understanding what was causing the block and adjusted my program. It was great being with a therapist that actually treats the person that is in front of them rather than trying to fit you into a predefined approach. SB is amazing. I have issues with my upper vertebrae collapsed C1 and C2 with inflammation and arthritis. I have arthritis issues in my feet, and back. I have been a client with SB for 3+ years. Her techniques are keeping me from having to have surgery. She specializes in Soft tissue therapy/ massage, fascia work, and medical massage. I was reluctant to go to a massage therapist for my symptoms, but didn't want to be on medications or end up having surgery. She sat me down and we discussed my issues and came up with a plan. Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.
