I enjoyed the guasha face therapy session. The therapist was gentle and skilled, and the treatment was both relaxing and effective. My face felt more lifted and visibly refreshed. Will come back again .

Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

This was my second visit with Pualla and it didn’t disappoint. She continues to work on a pinched nerve I’ve been dealing with for months now. She puts a lot of effort into trying to get the body back to normal. I’ve tried chiropractic care, acupuncture, and physical therapy….Pualla beats them all by a long way. Sophia at Sojo was calm, accomplished and prepared for my treatment. A lot of pre-work and understanding on my ailment was done, before I walked through the doors. This was my first spinal flow treatment and it will now be my 'go-to' above chiro, physio and massage. What a wonderful and deeply connected therapy. Highly recommend.

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. The receptionists at the front desk are very helpful and encouraged me to get a referral so my insurance can cover my physical therapy appointments. Once that was complete, I went in the very next day and received excellent treatment from the providers which included cupping and massage. Im 100% returning. The space is exceptionally clean and tidy which is also a plus

I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I have booked another 4 shockwave therapy sessions, looking forward to getting rid of this problem. Highly recommend M20 performance!

Richard is both a lovely guy to chat to and an excellent sports therapist. He expertly diagnosed my injuries and corrected some significant misalignment and eased my injuries. He also provided a rehab plan for me to aid my longer term recovery.

I have been working with Craig for a number of months to correct a training injury. Craig has been attentive, knowledgeable and adaptable during the course of rehab. His responsiveness as rehab has progressed has prevented stagnation and I am back training regularly again! His knowledge of exercise technique is vast and this complements the well equipped rehab gym well. Would highly recommend Craig and the Physio Clinic

I had an excellent experience at Pious Therapy Centre. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean and very professional. I booked a Balinese massage, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Mimi, my therapist, was absolutely fantastic — highly skilled, attentive and very intuitive. She knew exactly how to work on my neck, shoulders and upper back, where I carry a lot of tension from long hours sitting. This was my first massage experience in Dubai, and it couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended. I will 100% be coming back.

I’ve been seeing Ryan for sports massage therapy for many years and highly recommend him. He has helped me with everything from general maintenance to injuries, getting me to the start line of multiple ultra trail and marathon running events. Ryan is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, explaining how the body works and why injuries occur. He provides tailored rehab exercises after each session. My son, a dancer, also sees him and benefits greatly. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.
