Anum clearly knew exactly what she was doing — my brows are beautifully shaped and so well-defined, better than I’ve had them in a long time. The hair mask was deeply nourishing and my hair feels incredible, so soft and healthy. What stood out most was the level of precision and professionalism throughout. Every detail was taken care of with such skill and attention. Will absolutely be coming back — highly recommend! 💛

I had another blow dry and curls with Chelsie, along with a conditioning treatment, and they’re honestly the best curls I’ve ever had! They look amazing and, as always, last so well. Chelsie is so lovely and always makes me feel really comfortable from the moment I arrive. I would highly recommend both Chelsie and the salon! I’ll definitely be back!

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Thank you so much to Ismail and Liza for the outstanding service. Ismail cut my hair exactly the way I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with the result.(long hair cut) Every other service exceeded my expectations. The facial cleansing and mask, hair treatment, manicure, and pedicure were all exceptional. It's the perfect way for a hard-working man to relax, recharge, and enjoy some well-deserved self-care. Ashante is amazing! She was easy to contact, responsive, and made me feel comfortable from the start. I was embarrassed about the condition of my hair, but she immediately put me at ease and gave me a safe space to share the challenges I’d been facing. We started with a strand test because she truly cares about healthy hair. My silk press and trim turned out beautifully, and I left feeling like a brand-new person with my confidence restored. Nicole is not only an excellent and experienced Hair Stylist but also provides a low sensory environment. As someone with vestibular hyperacusis, a debilitating sensory condition, this means I can get a hair cut without leaving exhausted and overwhelmed. She has given me 2 amazing haircuts now and both times I have left looking amazing! Amazing experience! I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who spoke excellent English and explained everything clearly. The treatment included a relaxing scalp massage, a nourishing mask for my scalp and hair, plus a wonderful neck and shoulder massage. The warming cap made the treatment even more relaxing. The salon is very clean, cozy, and the staff are kind and professional. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely come back. It may be longer than 45 minutes depends on your hair I guess, but it's okay. Thank you!

I cannot rate this salon enough. I came in here after having my hair destroyed by bleach, after wearing a wig for a month Shemiah fixed my colour up beautifully and Jan made me feel beautiful again. This was my second time around today and my hair is in so much better condition thanks to Jan and the team. You are literally treated like a VIP from the moment you walk into Elite. From fresh pastries to prosecco, this isn't just a hair appointment, it's an experience. There's nothing that can make you feel more special than a day of craic and beautiful hair in Elite. Having not been to a hair salon since 2019, Angela had the tough job of trying to fix my badly bleached hair and putting some life and condition into it! It was a marathon if foils- I think maybe a record- low lights, highlights, conditioning masks, cutting and blow drying. 7 hours later a marathon and a tremendous amout of work for Angela, my hair was transformed. My hair looked beautiful a testament to Angela's skills and hard work. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Angela to anyone looking to be pampered. My first visit to this salon & Daisy. Daisy as started transforming my dark boxed dye hair to a honey blonde balayage complete with fresh restyle. Daisy consulted with me throughout the service, explaining the process & what would be achieved on my first appointment, im not naive & wasnt expecting platinum blonde in one visit. Daisy understood my needs of wanting to keep my fine hair in good condition, and together we put a plan in place.
