Hayley is always lovely and her massages are exceptional. She provides relaxing massages whilst also removing any knots and tired muscles. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I have tried lots of places prior to finding Hayley!

What a fabulous place , first time visiting today had the perfect sauna/ ice bath combination therapy experience. Very welcoming . Sarah and Laura were very friendly and made you feel very comfortable while guiding you through . Thanks. Would definitely return . Also had ear accupunture given by Laura which was great . Thanks

Very nice place! The girls are so friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive. The centre itself is lovely, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The floating experience was exceptional – I reached a level of deep relaxation that I haven’t felt in a long time. I left feeling completely refreshed, both mentally and physically. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

It was my first visit with Hayley and my first ever Japanese head spa. It was the most amazing treatment I have ever had. Hayley is so welcoming, friendly and very professional. She explained everything to me before the treatment. The room had a lovely calming atmosphere and I felt very relaxed the whole way through. Can’t wait to be back thank you.
