I’ve been going to Kirsten to support fertility treatment and she’s fantastic. Really takes the time to listen and understand any concerns I have and explains how she can help well. My hormones have definitely corrected themselves since visiting, and I always feel really relaxed when leaving

I was suffering with hip pain quite badly during pregnancy, had one appointment with Kirsten for acupuncture and honestly she cured the pain I was having in just one session. So knowledgeable and careful with her work! Definitely would’ve returned if I was still in pain as she’s brilliant at what she does. Highly recommend ++

Amazing first massage at My Body My Temple. I was recommended to visit My Body My Temple by a friend of mine as I have been having problems with my shoulders. I had the head, neck and shoulder massage. Most massages I have had at different spa’s in the past, just concentrated on the areas that you had paid for, but this time not only were by shoulders massaged but so was my spine with connecting tissues. Will certainly go again and thank you.

My appointment went really well. Kristen was really friendly and very knowledgeable. Informed me of what would happen during the appointment and what to expect. Felt at ease. The therapy room was very relaxed atmosphere.

Had the most incredible 2-hour experience yesterday and I’m honestly still thinking about it 🤍 Maryna was amazing, she instinctively knew exactly where I was holding tension without me needing to say much. My shoulders and neck have been so tight lately (definitely not helped by being in between houses and sleeping on a spare mattress), but she worked through it all so intuitively. From the moment I left, I felt completely relaxed, like a weight had genuinely been lifted. You know when your body just feels lighter? That. Already can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing treatment - skin is glowing - and in fact my whole body feels relaxed after the acupressure facial. I would highly recommend Kirsten - and will be treating myself again very soon to another.
