I love sue! I’ve had colonics in northampton before but nothing like this one. So relaxing. Calming. She’s so easy to talk to. No rushing. It’s spotless in the room and her energy is amazing! highly recommend ❤️❤️

Another great physio appt with Lewis. We went through a weights and stretching programme that I have been doing via the app and then Lewis gave my lower back a deep tissue massage. I felt a lot better than when I arrived.

I had the most amazing time with Jo @Tribe. The treatments were transformational. My skin felt so much firmer, smoother awards. I’m much more relaxed too. Jo is an excellent therapist. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service again from Sue, lovely clean and relaxing experience. I was new to colonic therapy a couple of years ago and now I can't recommend it enough as I never knew how important it is and helps with so many things. I go quarterly now and being a menopausal woman this has so many benefits to help you get through it. Sue is such a lovely lady who makes you feel so relaxed you forget what you are there for, I wouldn't go anywhere else xx 😘

I’ve been going to Kylie for years, & I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is an exceptional deep tissue massage therapist with an incredible ability to find and relieve tension, tightness, & problem areas. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, relaxed, & physically so much better. What really sets her apart is her consistency, professionalism, & genuine care for her clients. She takes the time to understand what your body needs & always adjusts the treatment accordingly. Over the years, she has helped me with chronic muscle tension & stress, and I always leave feeling restored.

I have been struggling with calf pain for several months. I held out going to see an NHS physio for a while but then found Molly. Following a thorough assessment, Molly was able to identify that the pain was caused by my sciatic nerve. We discussed my goals and activity levels and she set me on the road to recovery! 3 weeks of specific exercises and I am feeling better than I have in months!

I’m so happy to have found Mark at Tribe!! Finally someone who knows what they are doing and why!! I’ve had many massages over the years, but this actually feels like “therapy “ for my body and mind, not just relaxation. Mark targets my problem areas, and I can honestly say I am starting to get relief and more movement in my neck in particular! Mark is clearly very knowledgeable. I also feel he is respectful, and I feel safe and confident in his care. Highly recommend Tribe !!

Having benefited from Kylie's healing hands myself, I took my partner to her. He had been experiencing a lot of pain. Kylie is amazing, so knowledgeable. Much more than just a massage, more like physio. My partner is much improved and will visit again. If you're considering visiting Kylie, just go!! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing services. An Indian head massage and a facial by Lorraine was much needed to feel relaxed and un stressed and less anxiety. It's worked no end as now I feel so amazing and relaxed. Usually after an Indian head massage I don't snore at night. So fingers crossed I don't. Also I'd love another tropical facial again in the future. Lorraine is highly recommended by myself.

Went with a painful shoulder … immediately the pain had eased after an hr therapy session . It’s definitely a hard massage and I recommend stick with it as I’m noticing a difference and it’s not even been 24hrs yet . I can’t thank Mark enough , I could honestly cry with the relief of not having that constant pain

Kylie is a great therapist and very knowledgeable. She gave me a wonderful massage and I would definitely recommend her. My aches and pains I feel are on the mend . Such a relaxing atmosphere, I have every confidence in her. I have rebooked another appointment.
