This was my 3rd, 1-1 session with Andrew for pain related to two herniated discs in my lower back with nerve involvement. Acupuncture, dry needling, myofascial release, cupping and rehab Pilates with Andrew are all playing a pivotal role in my recovery and there’s no one else I’d trust to help with my back as it is. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Andrew he’s a lovely guy explaining everything that he was doing. I have been in a lot of pain over this last year and nothing that I did including physio oestopathy made a difference just one session with Andrew and I am pain free I can’t believe the difference in just one session. Andrew was helpful today, my first time trying acupuncture, not a massive fan of being a pin cushion but it wasnt too bad! He also gave me a massive elastic band thing to do homework, to help with the pain/ issue I'm having. Time will tell if its worked 🤞 thanks
