Lady mel was absolutely amazing! She ripped off more than just hair, she ripped off my doubts about getting a Brazilian wax again! 😂 Seriously, she's a pro! So polite, informative, and professional. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. The results were incredible!!!! I'd highly recommend this spa to all my girls! I enjoyed myself with her so much! She will tell you how to feel at the beginning and at the end. Waxing is a stressful affair, yet she maintains the fun and relaxed mood by chatting and even joking, such as inquiring about your dream vacation, just before she pulls a strip, which, as seriously as possible, is likely to distract you of all other things. She is warm, friendly and quite extroverted and you can see that she really loves the comfort of her clients. The fact that she was professional and respectful throughout was another aspect I enjoyed as I felt absolutely comfortable!
