This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! I was nervous going in because I just recently moved to Vancouver; I've only trusted a few select people with my eyebrows but seeing all the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and book with Sam. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading and it's so much better than waxing! Sam was fantastic, she was very gentle, I got a little massage after, and my eyebrows look amazing! I will definitely be a repeat customer from now on. Thanks so much Sam!

When I lived on Hornby Street, I visited this eyebrow salon every month. They are so careful, professional, and great at what they do! Since moving to North Vancouver, I haven't forgotten them; whenever I’m downtown, I always make sure to stop by. Even when I don't have an appointment, they are always so kind and welcoming, fitting me in between their other clients. I always leave feeling great about my eyebrows! I highly recommend them—and don't miss out on the relaxing massage they give you after your treatment.

Christina does an incredible job with any service. She is especially masterful with eyebrows. I get them waxed and tinted and I walk out happy. She also microbladed my sister's eyebrows after chemo and they looked natural and beautiful. I also get my eyelashes curled by Christina prior to vacations so I have no need for daytime waterproof mascara. I am always pleased with her detail and skill.
