A brilliant Holistic Sports massage, Zen Bodies are incredibly knowledgable and assisted with a number of the issues being experienced. I also had an indian head massage - which was incredible, and I would highly recommended. The studio is really lovely, clean and specious and your made to feel really welcome.

I would highly recommend Gabby for a deep tissue massage. She is such a good listener and so knowledgeable about the human body tailoring the massage to your needs. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable and explains problem areas and offers advice. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience. The room is lovely and cosy, gives out a warm and relaxing vibe. Phoebe is friendly and welcoming, she would ask if you have any particular area/problem that you would like to work on. The massage bench is warm as Phoebe added a heated blanket during colder months, very thoughtful. The rate is very reasonable given the technique. Would definitely recommend!

Cannot recommend Phoebe enough, I told her my problem areas and that’s where she focussed. The massage was relaxing, I was close to falling asleep! She’s really knowledgeable and provides recommendations and lets you know where your issues may be held in the body and what you can do in your own time to help. I’ll definitely come again!

What a lovely massage. I had been feeling really tight between my shoulder blades, and the massage has really released that. It had been there a while, so I am now slightly achey, but in a good way in that I feel it is healing. The environment was very relaxing and Gabrielle is such a professional therapist. Thank you.

Had my first consultation with Luke. Really impressed with his knowledge base. I’ve been having back issues for about 2 years, explained what he believes to be the issue after a thorough assessment. Made me feel comfortable and at ease even during a sports massage. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Painful sports massage, but seemed to be just what was needed 🤞

Kai was very knowledgeable and friendly, also the sport massage was 11/10!!! 😆

Finally made time to book to try a 1 to 1 yoga session, so worth it and can't believe I waited so long! If you're on the fence, don't wait! I tried 45 minutes of yoga + 30 minutes massage to ease in and definitely want to book a full 2 hours now - it went by so quick! Phoebe was fab at providing suggestions and adaptations for poses throughout the session and talking about options for further practice at home (and sharing follow-up info too!). Such a comfortable space to practice in!
