It was a great experience. The room is lovely and cosy, gives out a warm and relaxing vibe. Phoebe is friendly and welcoming, she would ask if you have any particular area/problem that you would like to work on. The massage bench is warm as Phoebe added a heated blanket during colder months, very thoughtful. The rate is very reasonable given the technique. Would definitely recommend!

Had the most relaxing facial, Sarah was knowledgable about what would help my skin and it was a great experience with lots of lovely product used and a very relaxing massage. Cannot recommend Phoebe enough, I told her my problem areas and that’s where she focussed. The massage was relaxing, I was close to falling asleep! She’s really knowledgeable and provides recommendations and lets you know where your issues may be held in the body and what you can do in your own time to help. I’ll definitely come again!

A brilliant Holistic Sports massage, Zen Bodies are incredibly knowledgable and assisted with a number of the issues being experienced. I also had an indian head massage - which was incredible, and I would highly recommended. The studio is really lovely, clean and specious and your made to feel really welcome.

First time here, Pheobe made me feel very comfortable and the massage/cupping was exactly what I needed. So relaxing and can't wait till my next one!

I know Phoebe from attending her yoga classes. Why it took me so long to book a massage with her, I'll never know! All I'd say is, if you're considering and a space is open, take it (they disappear quick!). Such a lovely relaxing experience and can't wait to book again.
