Had a lovely experience with Koko Nail and Lash in Brentwood. This was my first time going to this salon and they made it super enjoyable and relaxing. I forgot sandals for my pedicure and they gave me disposable ones and even set up a fan to dry my toenails before I left. Definitely recommend!

My mother-in-law is in her 60's and has very sparse eyebrows. She has been wanting to get her eyebrows done but she was so scared. I reached out to a dozen artists and Ashley was so accommodating and friendly. She answered all my messages and kept giving my mother-in-law breaks as she gets vertigo and has arthritis. It was my daughter's first time getting her nails done, and we came in together for a little pampering. She had Lucy and I had Angela- both were absolutely amazing! They were kind, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Earlier was my second visit in their studio and I really like their service. I had Ivy take care of me for my Brazilian (first visit and today) and she is great at what she does. Awesome attention to details and very gentle in everything. I also like the fact that she had suggested the scrub, the serum and the lotion for application especially after waxing when the skin is super sensitive. I have had Brazilian done on me before but only during my visit in this studio was I suggested these items. Will definitely keep going back! Hopefully have my lashes or brows done some time too.
