Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Haven't been to a wax in about a decade and never in England before, I was super nervous. Shaf is so kind and approachable, made me leave my guard down and anxiety at the door :) I didn't have time to be anxious because the wax was over in a blink, didn't feel much either. I'm normally very self conscious over my appearance, my extra weight, my blemished skin, I didn't need to be, she was very professional. And it's the first time I get great smooth skin without a major breakout after as I am prone to ingrown hairs. This is amazing, I'm booking again! Thank you Shafaq! 🌟

Such a amazing place , they really take care of their clients. I had full body and basic bikini wax with Sonya. She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable during my first session there. She’s such a star! Definitely coming back here again !

I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an incredible experience attending Resian’s brow masterclass, which focused on HD stain and waxing. From day one, she was attentive to my specific needs and requirements. As I had already completed two brow courses, she thoughtfully adapted the training to focus on my weaker areas. She even took the time to review videos of my work, as well as before-and-after photos of my clients, so she could fully understand my level and where I needed to improve. . I had the most incredible Glass Facial experience and I’m still glowing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. I immediately felt at ease. The treatment itself was absolutely amazing. Every step was explained with such depth and care — the level of skin knowledge was impressive. My skin feels tighter, beautifully plumped, and intensely hydrated. It has that smooth, luminous “glass skin” glow I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. Your skin will thank you!

I had a back, neck & shoulder massage today and wow it was incredible. Made to feel at home the minute I walked in, a lovely, relaxing setting and the treatment was amazing. So relaxing and got real value for money. Some places give you a treatment time and alot of it’s spent consulting and filling out forms. This was a full hour of treatment, will definitely be booking again.

I visited Susan for a massage yesterday at short notice. I was very pleased with the whole appointment. She was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. First Hollywood wax with Resian and I cannot recommend her enough. As always, it’s a little daunting going to someone new for such an intimate service but her professionalism really shone and her friendliness put me at ease immediately. Felt like I was just chatting to a friend whilst she carried out the service, which she did an amazing job of. Less painful than previous Hollywood waxes I’ve had too!
