I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

We were pleasantly surprised. A massage chair but a great one like never before. The sauna was very nice too. Place was clean and I definitely recommend and will go back.

Fantastic hairdresser/colourist named Ugur. He managed to fix my colour which was very bad from a previous salon. He was amazing and knew exactly what to do and what colour to apply. He also re-shaped my hair to give it body and now it looks like I’ve got healthier curlier hair. And very reasonable price as well as free products and treatment. I had the best massage ever! The massage chairs are like no other I've used or seen. They massage you from you toes all the way to your head. Great value for money.All the machines at Zone Recovery are brand spanking new 2024 - 2025 technology. I have been to quite a few places that also offer oxygen chamber, Cryotherapy etc, and I have never used machines as advanced as these. I couldn't recommend more highly. I would give them 10 stars if I could
