I would recommend Liz to cylist and none cyclist friends .....Liz worked hard getting my legs and back much looser than before .I wanted Liz to get to the parts that I needed most ....and she did and spent longer which im pleased ...Hope to come back sooner !!

Ellie was excellent. She explained what the MFR massage is as I’d never had it before. I felt immediately better afterwards as some of the tension I’d been storing in my back and pecs was released. Ellie was also super friendly so, I’d highly recommend her.
