I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

He also re-shaped my hair to give it body and now it looks like I’ve got healthier curlier hair. And very reasonable price as well as free products and treatment.
