I visited several specialists in one day: stylist Natalia, massage therapist Yana, cosmetologist Katerina, master Tatyana and stylist Svetlana. Each of the girls was very responsive, attentive and professional. I would also note that all the girls were very gentle in their touches, which created a special feeling of relaxation and care. I liked everything very much, the requests were satisfied and I left very beautiful. I had a wonderful massage at Rose and River with Emma yesterday. Before my appointment, I filled out a really thoughtful questionnaire, so Emma knew exactly what I was looking for and could tailor the treatment perfectly. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The massage room was beautifully decorated, with calming music that made it easy to unwind and switch off. Emma was fantastic — she understood exactly how to work with my sore muscles after a week of teaching Pilates and running. I left feeling serene, cared for, and completely rejuvenated.

Can’t fault Lauren. Lovely woman, wonderful massage. Really enjoyed. Marred by a couple of things. My face didn’t really fit in the table hole - maybe it was too big? But a lack of padding around the rim caused me meaningful discomfort. Worse was the crash bang walloping from an adjoining room during my massage. I understand old buildings creak and groan as people move around, but if you know you have a paying client and that sound travels, you should be making a real effort to be tidying up as quietly as possible. A shame for someone else to have impacted the quality of Lauren’s work.

Had a massage with Emma. Simply fantastic! Spoke about a focus area on my back quickly before and she focused on it! Made such a difference to how I feel! Also offered some great advice on stretching and foam rolling to help some areas she found tight / knots in during the massage! Couldn’t recommend this experience more highly!

I had a wonderful experience with my hairdresser! She was so gentle, attentive, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Adrian is definitely 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but he’s way better than great, he’s amazing! Whether it’s for Sports Massage pain relief (mine was initially until Adrian worked wonders to get rid of it), or for Swedish massage to relax & restore, AR Sports Massage is the Rolls Royce of treatments. His smart new studio within the Glass Mill Leisure Centre is just a 2 minute walk from Lewisham station & is only 9 minutes from London Bridge station & he does home visits. Adrian is very professional & super friendly & puts you at ease the moment you walk into his studio. Highly recommended.

I had one of the best full body massages I have ever had at Beauty Lab, followed by a manicure, it was the perfect birthday gift!

I had the most amazing assisted stretch session today and can’t recommend it enough! My stretch therapist Tanya took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tightness, which made me feel like i was in great hands!! The session itself was incredible, gentle yet effective. I could feel tension being released that I didn’t know I had. By the end, my body felt looser, lighter, and more mobile. It’s the kind of relief you just can’t achieve on your own. Hands down one of the best forms of self-care I’ve done in a while, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. I highly recommend
