I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

The massage chair is very good. I chose deep tissue setting and was pleasantly surprised at how effective it was. Highly recommended.

Friendly service, highly recommend. I had a hot stone massage first time, loved it. I felt very relaxed afterwards.

Very helpful, friendly staff and the massage chair was great after being out for two weeks with a back injury to be able to come and use this after my first session back in the gym. Never had a massage chair like this. It applies pressure as well as the massage element. Arms, hands and feet included. And with the summer offer on at the moment it’s well worth it.

We were pleasantly surprised. A massage chair but a great one like never before. The sauna was very nice too. Place was clean and I definitely recommend and will go back.

I came in for a balayage and cut as part of their current offer, it exceeded all expectations. From the initial consultant to throughout the cut, it is obvious that he is very passionate about his job. I would absolutely return and be more than happy to pay full price next time. Thanks also to the junior assistant who helped, she was also very attentive.

I had the best massage ever! The massage chairs are like no other I've used or seen. They massage you from you toes all the way to your head. Great value for money.All the machines at Zone Recovery are brand spanking new 2024 - 2025 technology. I have been to quite a few places that also offer oxygen chamber, Cryotherapy etc, and I have never used machines as advanced as these. I couldn't recommend more highly. Fantastic hairdresser/colourist named Ugur. He managed to fix my colour which was very bad from a previous salon. He was amazing and knew exactly what to do and what colour to apply. He also re-shaped my hair to give it body and now it looks like I’ve got healthier curlier hair. And very reasonable price as well as free products and treatment.
