I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

I have thick facial hair and very sensitive skin, so I was very careful when choosing an esthetician for a full face wax. Shruti at Beauty Destination Brow and Wax Bar was kind, friendly, and highly professional. Hi. Serena was lovely However I came for the facial with concerns about the capillaries on my left cheek specifically and now they are worse…tho I understand they will clear up after a few days. I’ve put some cover up makeup on meanwhile. So maybe dermabrasion is not for me. What would you suggest in a month or so? Just curious…. Thank you.

I went to Janes for a haircut and beard trim and she did an absolute fabulous job! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and outdid my expectations on my beard. This was the first time in years I've had a haircut in Canada that I can be proud of, thanks to her. Her friendly personality and expert opinion on what would suit my face structure was an added bonus. I am making this my regular spot for haircuts and beard trims. 10/10 recommend!

I had a wonderful facial with Katrina on Friday ! She was not only pleasant , she gave me an excellent treatment , she has great technique and applying creams to one’s face ! Thanks for pampering me with an arm and neck message ! .Katrina was very positive and encouraged me to keep taking care of myself , how important it is to have regular treatment . Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

My facial with Ashley was wonderful! Her gentle touch was soothing as was the peaceful music. Ashley created a quiet space where excessive talking was not necessary, while she still explained what she was doing and answered questions. The products used felt good on my skin. My face feels deeply moisturized and looks rejuvenated !
