Many people are looking for therapies to improve their overall wellness.  We all require natural light to stay healthy.  When red light is absorbed by the skin it can lead to a range of beneficial effects.  At the Spa we use red light for both face and body.  Red light therapy stimulates collagen and can also help to reduce acne.  Some clients have found reduces stiffness in their joints, improves their quality of sleep and helps with recovery time after workouts.

Our system is a suit that wraps around you and uses compression to move the lymphatic fluid.  This method is said to help with fluid retention and help support the immune system.  It's a very relaxing treatment as you are laying down.  You don't need to get undressed for this treatment and we suggest that you wear comfortable clothing.  After a treatment some clients say they feel slimmer or less puffy.  
Pressotherapy is generally considered safe, however we are not able to do this treatment on pregnant women or clients with pre-existing health conditions.  It's always a good idea to check with your doctor before treatment.
