I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience. Very friendly staff! The whole experience was so relaxing! I 100% recommend the head spa service. The wash, blow out and style was a great end to the appointment - my hair which normally just goes straight after a couple of hours was good the whole next day- I got compliments all day!!! I will definitely be back!!

I had a full highlight, colour, blow dry and style with Felma and could not have been happier! Felma is pleasant and professional. She looked at some photo suggestions and then we both agreed on what would look best. She took her time, worked hard and I was so thrilled with my beautiful blonde results. She also has a very pleasant demeanour. I love how the whole team works together at Clip and everyone is very nice! I will be back!

I had to wait for about 15 min, however Saranda was very professional, worked fast and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the cut and blow-dry and style. I would definitely go back to her.

Jessica does such a good job of making her customers feel welcome. The appointment was on short notice, just for a wash and blow dry. I had two thorough shampoos and she took her time in styling. I left for an appointment feeling confident and well groomed. Thanks Total Image and Jessica.

Michelle and her colleague were just wonderful. Wedding Party of 6. Wedding at Ancaster Mill. Stayed at the Ancaster Barracks Inn. Just walk across the street to have MOB and Bridal hair styles done. I was so pleased. Have a real problem when humidity hits my hair. Style lasted all day/night. Thank you! And the Spa manager was so patient as a bridal party of 6 sorted out schedules. Thanks! Would particularly recommend for Ancaster Mill Wedding. So convenient and relaxing.
