Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrows laminated along with a Korean lash lift and tint combo! Sarah was attentive to what I wanted and mapped and shaped my brows perfectly to suit my face. The space was clean and relaxing and the whole process ran smoothly. She truly made me feel comfortable the entire time! I’m really happy with the results. Definitely will be booking another service. My facial with Ashley was wonderful! Her gentle touch was soothing as was the peaceful music. Ashley created a quiet space where excessive talking was not necessary, while she still explained what she was doing and answered questions. The products used felt good on my skin. My face feels deeply moisturized and looks rejuvenated !

Atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Arigi gave a wonderful facial. She was very pleasant and professional. Will definitely return.
