Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Im going to start off by saying I was hesitant but due for a facial Jaclynn made me feel at ease and her expertise had me walking out glowing , refreshed and revitalized exactly what I wanted and results were instant. I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrows laminated along with a Korean lash lift and tint combo! Sarah was attentive to what I wanted and mapped and shaped my brows perfectly to suit my face. The space was clean and relaxing and the whole process ran smoothly. She truly made me feel comfortable the entire time! I’m really happy with the results. Definitely will be booking another service. Highly recommend!!

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

My facial with Ashley was wonderful! Her gentle touch was soothing as was the peaceful music. Ashley created a quiet space where excessive talking was not necessary, while she still explained what she was doing and answered questions. The products used felt good on my skin. My face feels deeply moisturized and looks rejuvenated !
